This policy explains, briefly and without unnecessary legal language, what personal data we collect through the luciandima.ro website, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 apply.
Who processes the data
The data controller is GRAND ESTATES S.R.L., with its registered office at Bd. Pipera nr. 1, Voluntari, Ilfov County, tax ID 43372857, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2021005849230, represented by Lucian Dima. You can write to us at office@grandestates.ro or call 0733 957 003.
What data we collect, and why
The contact forms (“I want to sell”, “I want to buy”, “Contact”)
We collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and whatever you write in the message (property type, area, budget). We use this to contact you about your request and, if matters are left unfinished, to follow up with 1–2 messages by email or SMS. Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox in the form) and the steps preceding a contract.
The PDF guide
We collect your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, so that we can send you the guide and, occasionally, news about the Otopeni market. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
Newsletter
We collect only your email address, in order to send you new articles. Legal basis: your consent. Unsubscribing takes one click, from any email.
Clients
If we have completed a transaction together, we keep your contact details and the transaction date in order to ask for your opinion about working with us, to get in touch on the anniversary of the transaction, and for our legal (accounting and tax) obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in maintaining the client relationship.
Traffic statistics
Only if you accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used (pages visited, time spent, device). The data is aggregated and the IP address is anonymised. Details in the Cookie policy.
Technical data
The server automatically records the IP address and the time of the request in its security logs, for no more than 30 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse.
Who we share the data with
We do not sell or rent your data. It can be seen only by: the provider hosting the website and the email service (server located in Romania), the SMS service provider (only the phone number and the text of the message, when you have chosen to receive SMS), Google (Analytics, only with your consent) and, if you become a client, the notary, the valuer or the bank involved in the transaction — to the extent the transaction requires. We have data processing agreements with our providers.
How long we keep the data
- Website enquiries that did not lead to working together: 12 months from the last contact, then we delete them.
- Subscribers (guide, newsletter): until you unsubscribe, or up to 24 months without a single email being opened.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as accounting and tax law requires (currently 5–10 years for supporting documents).
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out beforehand). Write to us at office@grandestates.ro — we reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you consider that we have not processed your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the forms have anti-spam protection, and access to the data from the forms is limited to the people who handle client enquiries. The data is not stored on unprotected personal devices.
Changes
